Each session is intentionally crafted to meet you where you are — blending somatic awareness, gentle touch, breathwork, and trauma-informed guidance to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper embodiment.

These 90-minute private sessions offer a deeply grounding and restorative experience designed to support nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and embodied relaxation.

Each session begins with gentle somatic touch, inviting your body into a state of safety, presence, and awareness. Through attuned, consent-based touch and soft verbal guidance, you are supported in slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with your body’s signals.

The experience then transitions into deep pressure stimulation using a weighted blanket and eye mask, offering a cocooning, meditative state that encourages the nervous system to settle and the body to soften. The steady, grounding pressure supports a sense of containment and ease, allowing tension, stress, and emotional weight to gently unwind.

Somatic Touch Sessions


Somatic touch sessions are grounded in nervous-system–informed, consent-centered practices that support embodied awareness, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of safety in the body.

Rather than focusing on manipulation or correction, somatic touch invites a slow, listening-based approach. Through gentle, intentional contact and soft verbal guidance, you are supported in noticing sensation, breath, and internal cues. This helps strengthen interoception — your ability to sense and trust your inner experience — while fostering a compassionate relationship with your body.

These sessions can be especially supportive for those experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional holding, or disconnection from the body.

Deep Pressure Stimulation Sessions


Deep pressure stimulation is a grounding nervous-system practice that uses firm, steady pressure to support relaxation, containment, and regulation.

In these sessions, a weighted blanket and eye mask are used to create a cocooning experience that encourages the body to settle into a state of rest and restoration. The consistent, evenly distributed pressure signals safety to the nervous system, helping to reduce hyperarousal and support a deeper sense of calm.

This practice can be especially beneficial for stress, anxiety, sensory overwhelm, and difficulty relaxing or resting.
