Personalized 1:1 Somatic Coaching (Virtual Sessions)


Session 1: Free Constellation Call

A complimentary 30-minute call to explore your needs, desires, and expectations. This is a chance for us to see if we’re aligned and determine the best way to support you.

Session 2: Personalized Plan & Intake

After our call, I’ll create a personalized plan tailored to you. You’ll receive intake forms to share relevant information about your history, triggers, and trauma to ensure sensitivity and safety throughout our work together.

Session 3: First Virtual Session (90 minutes)

We’ll review your intake forms together and begin exploring somatic techniques based on your current needs. I’ll provide practices designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and embodiment.

After this session, you’ll receive a “homework” plan: implementing 1–2 somatic practices into your daily routine for 1–2 weeks. This allows for gentle, consistent integration into your life.

Session 4: Second Virtual Session (90 minutes)

We’ll review your experience with the initial practices, discussing what felt helpful and what might need adjustment.

During this session, I’ll facilitate a full somatic journey to connect deeper to your body, needs, and desires. You’ll leave with additional instructions to support consistent self-care routines and nervous system practices that feel natural for your daily life.

Session 5: Third Virtual Session (90 minutes)

The final session is focused on integration and reflection. I’ll provide a detailed overview of all somatic techniques we explored, what worked best for you, and additional recommendations. Together, we’ll develop a plan for using these tools whenever heavy emotions arise or daily stressors come up.

You’ll have ongoing access to all forms, instructions, and resources we’ve used. Our work concludes here unless you choose to continue with optional monthly follow-up sessions for support and accountability.

Your experience is fully personalized to your needs, desires, and current life circumstances. Each session builds on the previous one, creating a gentle, sustainable path toward nervous system regulation, embodiment, and self-care.

Somatic Touch Sessions


Somatic touch sessions are grounded in nervous-system–informed, consent-centered practices that support embodied awareness, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of safety in the body.

Rather than focusing on manipulation or correction, somatic touch invites a slow, listening-based approach. Through gentle, intentional contact and soft verbal guidance, you are supported in noticing sensation, breath, and internal cues. This helps strengthen interoception — your ability to sense and trust your inner experience — while fostering a compassionate relationship with your body.

These sessions can be especially supportive for those experiencing stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional holding, or disconnection from the body.

Deep Pressure Stimulation Sessions


Deep pressure stimulation is a grounding nervous-system practice that uses firm, steady pressure to support relaxation, containment, and regulation.

In these sessions, a weighted blanket and eye mask are used to create a cocooning experience that encourages the body to settle into a state of rest and restoration. The consistent, evenly distributed pressure signals safety to the nervous system, helping to reduce hyperarousal and support a deeper sense of calm.

This practice can be especially beneficial for stress, anxiety, sensory overwhelm, and difficulty relaxing or resting.
