Somatic Movement Immersion

This work is informed by my years of study in dynamic movement practices and somatic exploration, including modalities such as JourneyDance, 5Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance, which have deeply shaped my relationship to movement, embodiment, and intuitive expression.

Guided dance journeys are designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies, explore self-expression, and cultivate nervous system regulation through movement, sound, and imagery. Rather than following choreography, you are guided to listen inward and allow movement to arise organically. Imagination becomes a portal for creating visual and sensory experiences, while intuition leads the way toward deeper presence and expression. No prior dance or movement experience is necessary.
