Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to what your body is needing in the moment. We may explore breath, subtle movement, grounding practices, guided imagery, and nervous-system–informed somatic tools to help you feel more resourced and at home in yourself.

1:1 Somatic Touch & Deep Pressure Stimulation Nervous System Support (In-Person Session)
These 90-minute private sessions offer a deeply grounding and restorative experience designed to support nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and embodied relaxation.
Each session begins with gentle somatic touch, inviting your body into a state of safety, presence, and awareness. Through attuned, consent-based touch and soft verbal guidance, you are supported in slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with your body’s signals.
The experience then transitions into deep pressure stimulation using a weighted blanket and eye mask, offering a cocooning, meditative state that encourages the nervous system to settle and the body to soften. The steady, grounding pressure supports a sense of containment and ease, allowing tension, stress, and emotional weight to gently unwind.
